How the Aligned checkbox works with the Clone Stamp Tool in on and off positions, I myself cannot see the differences in work. Can you show an illustrative example?

Aligning the cursor relative to where you're cloning from.
Simply put, if you turn it off, then wherever you move, you will always clone the selected area (the one that you chose in the alt) without being tied to positioning.
