How does RCA data transmission work?
There is a need to process video data from an RCA cable (tulip) using an Arduino-type microcontroller, but I could not find a specification for exactly how the picture is transmitted.
Roughly speaking, the task itself is to form an image based on the signals received from the tulip.
Throw, please, links to a description of how it works, or to ready-made libraries or something like that. Thanks :)

It is very difficult to work on 8bit video controllers. There is no necessary peripherals, no speed.
The standard is called composite video https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9A%D0%BE%D0%BC%D... You
can still generate a simple image, examples can be found. As for the capture, I'm not sure what happens on such stones.
No way. The computing resources of the arduino are not enough to process streaming video.
