How does PUG-JADE work?

Hello, who already uses PUG? how does it work, how stable is it and was it worth switching now?
I set it myself, it seems to work, how are you?

Jade was renamed to PUG and everyone is asked to go, gallp warns about removing the jade plugin

I sat on the old Jade, purely because of the name.
Tried to update:

npm uninstall gulp-jade --save-dev
npm uninstall jade --save-dev
npm install pug --save-dev
npm install gulp-pug --save-dev

Changed gulpfile.js:
Everything works as it should with old extensions, which is important for code editors.

works fine, there were problems with variables in mixins, now everything is fine,
plus there is no support for emmet in the editor, although this is a temporary formality
