How does PayPal work?
Previously, it was possible to create virtual cards, like on Webmoney, and transfer money to them. Now, I went in, activated my mail, entered a card for confirmation, but alas, PayPal does not accept MasterCard, even a nominal one ... There are no virtual cards, I did not find the item to create an account or something like that. And here I am, I can’t activate my account, and I can’t accept money, although they have already been sent to my account. Some kind of complete crap.
1 - how to create a virtual Stick account? Map or what?
2 - why doesn't MasterCard confirm?
3 - the money has already been sent, but where will they come?
4 - if the binding is only stupid to the cards, how will it count the bill when I send? And vice versa, to accept money on which card? And what a stick in general, if you can use the VISA / MasterCard API to accept payments on your card?

1) there is no virtual account, only a real one, or Sandbox
2) you need a RF card, qiwi / poison, try adding
3) where they come and go, see in transactions or send let it look
4) it will be according to its own rules and for its own benefit ( conversions, that's all). From white people in the Russian Federation, it’s easy to accept only on a stick, the rest of the bills at least ask the docks
