How does parsing a string with arbitrary data work in the Google.maps api?

There is a line in which various search criteria are entered (including the address).
You need to weed out the excess and pull Google the address to get the coordinates (and use the remaining data for sorting, but not about that now).
with regular seasons it will come out sooo unreliable, we have already tested it.
Mozhkt, has anyone encountered a similar case?
