How does Mikrotik set a name for LTE modems?

A modem is connected through the USB hub, it received the name LTE1, to which NAT rules, firewall, etc. are registered. Due to the fact that the operator had interruptions, he connected the smartphone with a wire, he received the name LTE2. I duplicated all the settings so that the Internet starts up. Disconnected while the modem and everything was ok.
Then it became necessary to distribute the Internet from another smartphone. I disconnected the first one, connected the second one and it became already LTE3 - accordingly, I had to edit the old IP rules.
Is it possible to somehow do either one or the other:
- smartphones always receive LTE2 and work with old IP rules
- when a new smartphone / modem is connected, similar IP rules are created for it

@lazix

Create an Interface list and use it in firewall rules, nata, etc. When adding a new modem, just put its interface in the required List

When I change the modem, I simply change the interface name to the one used in the rules.
