How to open local web servers by domain name?

I have 3 web servers in LAN, 192.168.10.240(site1.ru), 244(site2.ru), 246(site3.ru), they have white ip-addresses (80.254.123.112) and through the nginx web proxy 'and the user gets to the site he needs. How to get to sites from the local network without vpn and other crutches? That is, the task is to enter a domain name from the local area, for example site3.ru, and get to the site without problems.

Register in DNS. Or in the hosts file on clients.

I repeat for paran0id : if local dns is used in one form or another (caching or ad for example) - just create records for your local network with local addresses.
But it also does not hurt at all and nat loopback aka harpin nat which will allow you to contact yourself from your network.

This miracle is called splitdns, it is better to read in English. For other OS, everything is absolutely the same
