How does distance learning affect when applying for a job?

Good afternoon, I am looking for a job and I don’t know if it’s worth talking about the fact that I’m studying at the Master’s program of the correspondence department (IT direction). On the one hand, I’m kind of learning and it doesn’t affect my work in any way, I’m trying to grow in my direction, on the other hand, the employer may not believe in it, they say it will distract from the main activity). In general, is it worth it to stutter about studying during an interview? Maybe someone has experience in this matter). Thanks
