I'm at a dead end, how much I set up campaigns, I always thought if the phrase is more accurate, then it's cheaper, but that's what I saw today.

Oh those bets. According to the RF request in this region, it turns out that no one is advertised CTR at Yandex is only predictable. And for the mid-range query, there is an ad, and it seems with such a low CTR that Yandex, relying on statistics, underestimated the average predicted CTR that new ads for this word receive.
And yet, I did not immediately notice that the written off price differs in the opposite direction, that is, as it should be, although not much. So everything is fine.
