How do you track overdue contracts and licenses?
Suppose you are launching some new information system. For it, build a new infrastructure (servers, communication channels, Peripheral equipment in the fields such as cameras and sensors, software, etc.). These are domain names, technical support, licenses, contracts, certificates, and there are hundreds of them in one system. How and with what tools do you track the contracts coming to an end in order to signal and extend them in time? Any special calendars?

The general term is CMDB. But each organization, and even each department/team, may have its own tools.
If this is an agreement between legal entities, they themselves (or the accounting department) will find you long before the support ends. Money is needed :) And all sorts of technical things, such as certificates, are in monitoring.
Excellent service just for your purposes https://www.martechguru.com/
We use ManageEngine SDP (there is a cloud version)
There is both a CMDB and an asset / contract management.
Everything is very convenient!
