Which crm system to pay attention to?

Our company is introducing a certain software product in the city. The specifics of the work is not related to sales, but to a greater extent with receiving feedback and suggestions for improving the functionality.
A separate staff has been allocated for the prompt resolution of issues with VIP users of our product.
There was a need to automate the work of these employees in the system.
Necessary functionality:
1. Introduction of organizations into the system.
2. Introducing vip-users to this organization. (custom fields: full name, position, phone, mail...)
3. Establishment of reception/assistants in relation to a specific vip. (custom fields).
4. Separation of organizations and users in these organizations by employees without the ability to access and edit information for other employees.
5. The ability to set a task to go to a specific vip-user.
6. Possibility of prompt notification of VIP-users/receptions via e-mail/SMS mailing list.
7. Ability to enter information / unload information through Excel.
I looked at different crms, but they usually contain a lot of information and functions that will not be used and are simply superfluous for the necessary work and overload the system.
