How do you plan the load of the team?

Question for team leads / PM - how do you plan the workload of your team?
Introductory for all, in my opinion, the same:

• Visually see which departments and which employees have failures in work, and where overloads
  
• Account for employee vacations
  
• Generate understandable reports from this for analysis
  

What are you using? What are you integrating with?

My project has gone into a routine, I try to balance the workload within the team, taking into account the complexity of the areas, the volume of new tasks and consultations, I don’t know the magic formula. We handle all tasks in Bitrix24, but due to the limited platform, there is a lot of our own "bugs". We use internal reports as analytics, sometimes we upload them to Google Sheets, where we already look at dips and overloads.
