How do you organize the process of storing and archiving photos and videos? Cloud or home NAS like Synology? How do you store your home photo archive? Lightroom?

At the input we have RAW images from the camera. They go to a folder named in the format YYYY-MM-DD %text identifier% to the RAW\ folder. Imported into CaptureOne, selected, processed, selected processed JPEGs are exported to the folder of the same name, but not to RAW\.
All this on a NAS (Synology DS918+), connected as a P: drive, photos are available anywhere via DS Photo on android\apple\win.
Particularly valuable can be merged into the clouds to taste\remote storage (for example, with relatives).
