Watch will be from 30 to 200 people. Video only from the lecturer, the rest only watch and hear. Frequency is rare. Therefore, services with a large monthly payment are not suitable.

Приветствую, исходя из запроса могу рекомендовать Бумстрим. Есть API, защита по доменам кажется тоже есть ( не дать возможность смотреть трансляцию, кроме как с определенной страницы). Ну и оплату они берут за то что потребляешь, без абонентской.
