How do you name users in AD?

How do you name accounts in AD for yourself? I want to create 3 entries for myself:
1. admin server:
login: admin-s;
Name: Ivanov Vasya.

2. administer user PCs:
login: admin-w;
Name: Ivanov Vasya.

3. administer/work on your PC:
login: v.ivanov;
Name: Ivanov Vasya.

How is it done in a large enterprise:
User: hohlov.mikola

Everything.

The second type is a redundant entity. The domain administrator has all rights to all domain computers. Of course, it is possible to divide admins into "server admins" and "desktop admins", but this is if an office with thousands of machines ...
I won't say what we call now, but I will give a couple of examples of naming in previous offices:
(User - Ivan Petrovich Sidorov)
- i. sidorov (user), i.sidorov.adm (admin)
- sidorov-ip (user), adm_sidorov-ip (admin)

Regular accounts - transliteration of the last name + letters (or the first letters of the full name if the namesake has a complete match, it is already discussed with the user here): hohlov, hohlov-a, hohlov-ab, hab
Accounts with elevated privileges for IT adm + first letters of the full name: adm- hab, adm-psb
