How do you know it's time for a pay rise?
I am a Junior Full-stack developer (I am developing a CRM system on Vue.JS + Spring), now I am doing a little more front-end development, but I am also actively doing tasks in the backend. I have about half a year of work experience (before that, more than 2 years just pet-projects) + for a year I have been teaching Java in the same courses for people who want to change their profession. Technologies I know or are familiar with: Java Spring Boot, Hibernate, JUnit, Swagger, Docker, VUE.JS, JavaScript. My salary is now about 60 thousand rubles for a full time, however, all the acquaintances with whom I communicate say that this is very small and you need to ask for around 80-90 tr. with my knowledge. I do not know the real situation in the market and I am not guided by salaries. Tell me, what is the way to adequately evaluate yourself? Or maybe there are knowledgeable people here and can suggest a real salary that you can apply for.

1) go to an interview
2) ask for a hundred
2a) in no case call yourself a jun. No one has an exact definition of this term, more and more often a middle is called a jun, who is going to be underpaid.
3) do not talk about half a year of experience, say that half a year is in last place, and before that, let's say freelancing
4a) you are bent by 80. get settled, work. Hurrah.
4b) (better) they show you your insufficient level and "we will definitely call you back never" - take away the stack of questions and white spots. get ready, swing. on the Nth attempt, you will go along branch 4a
something like this
I am a junior full-stack developer
I have about six months of experience.
I have been teaching Java for a year now in the same courses for people who want to change their profession.
Or maybe there are knowledgeable people here and can suggest a real salary that you can apply for.
For the last 3 years, I have been increasing my salary like this:
1) I open a resume indicating salary expectations 20-40% more than the current salary
2) I go through several social services and get at least 2 offers
3) I go to management and say that the market rates me at 20-40 % more expensive than now
Usually after that the salary is increased or I leave for another company
Go through interviews. If you receive an offer for a large amount, then you deserve a large amount.
Very simple.
You send out a resume to all the vacancies that you like
During the social security service, you call, as it seems to you, an unrealistic salary + 20% You
look
at the reaction
Didn't find what you were looking for?
