The motivation to work as a CNC programmer has long disappeared, but I personally think that every 1.5 -2 hours it is necessary to get up from the computer for 15 minutes, at least without tension and unnecessary questions from the boss, otherwise it’s unbearable to work, it was necessary in another place if you want to move away for a break, you must first ask the boss for permission, like, can I have a break for 5 minutes, or can I have lunch,
