How do you get training at the expense of the company?

The company I currently work for offers training on one of the products at the expense of the company. The skill is not particularly needed, but an extra line in the resume is never superfluous. But there is one thing, the company offers to sign an agreement under which I undertake to work here for two years after training or I will have to return the cost of training. Since this is the first time I have been offered training at the expense of the company, I wanted to know. It's normal practice, isn't it for everyone?

You can bargain about the terms (after all, 2 years is too long), you can bargain about the return of an incomplete amount if you quit, for example, in a year. And be sure to add to the contract that the return is only upon dismissal on your initiative, and not, for example, by agreement of the parties or by reduction.
