Tutor of foreign words from a custom dictionary under MacOS?

Tell me a program that would randomly show words from a dictionary and check the correctness of the answer.
I want to compile a dictionary myself, either load it, or choose from the program's dictionary. Keeping statistics is also welcome. Maybe a web service.
There are some notebooks on Yandex.dictionaries in which you can memorize words, but these notebooks can’t even be looked at normally (they hang at the bottom right, only 1/4 of the line is visible, or even less), there is no question of learning from these notebooks no.
