Do you know free programming schools in Russia (in-person or online)?

Tell me, please, do you know free programming schools in the Russian Federation (full-time or online)?
Interested in web development, frontend, backend, java.
As an example (not advertising) in Belarus, this is the Rolling Scopes School.
I would be grateful for information on these issues.
PS Schools are of interest, not short courses for students or internships for graduates. As they say, please announce the entire list.

ulearn is not a school, but as for me, it's quite a hefty online course. It is worth paying attention to it.

Samsung IT School - for free for a year they learn to program in Java / Android almost from scratch.
True, there are 2 but - they take only high school students and there are not playgrounds in all cities of Russia.
