How do you form your price?

Since July, I have been facing catastrophic dumping, which is already annoying. I decided to ask how the work is evaluated for each.
How do you personally price your services?

Dumping only in simple works.
For complex work - it is extremely difficult to find a specialist who will perform.
I raise the price, I watch the client wince.
When the wrinkles are too deep, I stop raising the price.
No kidding - that's just how it is.

Initially, when I came to Upwork, I looked at the rates of people with similar knowledge and set an average rate of $23/hour. When there were too many orders, I increased the bid by $5 and so on several times. There is no limit.

I just look at the rates of other freelancers with the same rating and providing the same services as me. I put a little lower, and only then I negotiate with each client individually. It may not be the best approach, but it works for me.

And I look at the prices of others and make mine lower. Everyone was accused of dumping, and I took orders :)

It all depends on how you know how to put yourself and sell.
For someone, $35 per hour is a tower, for another, $100 is not the limit.
So download soft-skills, learn to write more conscious responses and go :-)

By time. Multiply the number of days you want to spend by the amount you want to earn in a month.
