Freelance android developer without experience, sms and registration?

I immediately apologize for the title of the question, I think a little humor will not hurt, otherwise everything is too sad.
While formulating the question, I found many similar topics, though there are few answers, and there are no solutions at all. Yes, and my question is somewhat unique because of the conditions so.
Now I am completing my thesis at the beginning of July, and then I have absolutely no idea who to work with. For the last 1.5 years I worked as a Project Manager and in general it suited me, but circumstances developed in such a way that I had to leave my job and after completing my studies I would have to return to my hometown, and there are absolutely no vacancies in the IT field, and in general there is no work, I will not be able to move for at least a couple of years (or even more), and after that, if possible, I think that PM is not what I would like to be.
Considering the above, I decided to make the most of the current situation. I was always drawn to development, I studied java at the university, but I really stopped at every little thing like primitive text editors, etc. Now I want to do development for android, how to study, where and what is clear to me. The only question is employment or at least extracting some profit from it. I understand that I won’t become a good developer quickly, but I won’t be able to get a job somewhere to gain experience as a junior, and in general, I won’t be able to communicate live with other android developers. In the future, I would like to somehow earn money from the city where I have to be. (Of course, I would like to start this as early as possible, but I myself understand that everything depends on many factors).
Question. Is it possible to become an android freelancer starting without any experience?
Are there any freelancers among android developers?
How many projects do you need to do on your own and what level should the projects be (preferably the most described examples)?
What is the competition among them?
Is it realistic to find a job remotely, again, given the lack of experience in principle?
If you have an answer to at least one of the questions - write. I would also appreciate any advice.

Well, in fact, almost everyone comes into freelancing without any sane experience behind them. Further, perseverance and luck helps to grab some small, not complicated project (for example, while competitors are sleeping :) To do this, you need to monitor the freelance exchange day and night and have a reg everywhere. So gradually, drop by drop, the portfolio accumulates and the chance to get better orders grows.
In addition, many guys are trying to write something for themselves, some kind of free program (maybe you have seen tons of almost identical calculators, currency monitors and other simple applications like a flashlight with a flashing light in app stores and Google plays?). This is also an experience and also a portfolio.
So the main thing is not to sit still, the competition in the lower segment of novice freelancers is huge, but water does not flow under a lying stone.

Are there any freelancers among android developers?

There are, and they are doing very well, a lot of work, maybe less than on the web, but definitely more on ios, the average rate is also not bad - $ 20, like that of web developers.
Realistic, but ineffective. Those who work full time for a good rate usually have 2-3-4 years of office experience. For various reasons, freelancing from scratch is very sad.
Usual, like web developers in terms of job/applicant ratio

The ability to be a psychologist to some extent, especially when it is needed, does not hurt. But first things first:
> Is it possible to become an android freelancer starting without any experience?
Let's take a look at this question from the side of the customer - You are the owner of something, you have a project, deadlines are limited and you need a result soon. Will you give this order to a person with no experience, even if he asks a price lower than the rest? Or all the same, preference is given to those with experience and with a market price?
Moral: Inexperienced, novice programmers, for obvious reasons, are not needed by anyone, especially at the labor exchange. People come to the stock exchange to work, not study.
> In general, are there freelancers among android developers?
Of course, just like any other field. For example:

‎ > How many projects do you need to do on your own and what level should the projects be (preferably the most described examples)?
The project may be one, but large and popular. There may be several projects - but of medium complexity and not very popular. The most important thing is not quantity - but popularity and value among the audience.
> What is the competition among them?
Depends on the needs of the audience, again.
> Is it realistic to find a job remotely, again, given the lack of experience in principle?
No, not real. Remote work - it in itself requires iron discipline and requires much more trust in you from the employer. Even if you find a remote employer, his first question will be something like this: How much experience do you have? Show the projects you have worked on.

Finding a job will be quite possible. Even on foreign exchanges, there are a lot of employers who choose from 20-30 people not the most professional, not the price-performance balance, but the cheapest Indian. Well, as soon as you pick up a bunch of positive reviews among such ones, you can take a swing at something more serious.

Realistically, but your income will depend on experience.
So get ready at first to work for experience, for free.

1. Make a beautiful and convenient mobile business card site for yourself as a portfolio.
2. Wrap through phonegap.com for all platforms.
3. Go freelancing to look for jobs with this experience and portfolio of this application.
There will definitely be a profit!

And if it's not a secret, what city are you from? It's just that even in small towns, such as Yoshkar-Ola, there is a lot of work in IT. Write the city, maybe someone will give you something =)
