How do you account for communication channels?

There is a distributed company with a heterogeneous (analogue and digital transmission systems) communication network. It is required to automate the accounting of communication channels (groups) with their tracing by equipment. For example, channel number No. 11456 starts on equipment of type X PG (primary group) 1 channel No. 10 in city Y. In city Z, we took it from equipment of type X (the same PG and channel number) and sent it in transit further, maybe already with using digital equipment.
It would be great to "click" on the channel number and see what equipment it is passing through. Or "click" on the equipment and see the channel numbers that pass through it. If who met such software, poke.
Googled.
Thank you.

I won’t say what exactly corresponds, but equipment inventory can be kept in GLPI + OCS inventory
GLPI can also act as a helpdesk.
You can also add Zabbix, monitor and draw network maps for any topology, there you can specify the URL for any map element that will lead, for example, in OCS inventory for equipment, where it is described in detail
