How do Unity create such beautiful graphics?

Hello. I started to master Untiy, while I create light 3d games from geometric shapes. When I look at popular 3d games on unity, I'm freaking out how such graphics are made, detailed people. So is it hard to do it yourself?

No, aliens do it, and then they sell it to Earth. They also love games.

Try to make an orange look like a real one (all the bumps and pores on the surface).
Understand the process and move on to more complex objects and details.
