How do they change the url in the address bar?

The site of one design office came to hand: onedesigncompany.com/
It looks like a “single-page”, however, when switching between slides, the url changes in the address bar, that is, you can copy and transfer the link to a specific “slide”. At the same time, the behavior of the browser does not show that it is loading something for a particularly long time and the change of slides occurs quickly enough.
I tried to dig into their code, but so far I haven't picked anything up. If you don't mind, could you give me some idea of how they implemented navigation and quick url substitution in the address bar?
