How do the input parameters affect the predictive model?
Suppose I have built some model, such as a random forest or a neural network.
Now, from this model, how can I determine which parameters how will affect the model?
That is, how do I determine what the input values should be so that I get 1 as a result?

If I understand your question correctly, the answer is "no way". If you use, for example, a neural network or SVM, then the idea is that they themselves understand your date and learn the necessary parameters. All you can do for something more trivial is adjust your training data.
From the neural network, you can try to extract the model using TREPAN (getting a decision tree).
