Where can I get data analytics experience on real projects?

Prompt a subject.
There are several free days a week (up to 4 of any) and I want to gain experience in data analytics
(collection, visualization, analysis, creation of tools).
Plus, I want to benefit someone with this, and not just collect it
for myself and "write on the table." Particular interest in working with game data.
Starting projects, some irregular tasks, you can do full-time on regular ones; paid or "for food". Interested in any options :)
Where can I find companies or teams that need such services?

If you or some of the "readers" are still relevant: we need people for hypotheses and user research for an open source project, no payment, but a real project and a team :)
