How do students start learning programming?

I am 15 years old, I decided to connect my life with programming, but I have no idea how it all works. I'm interested in this topic. Can you advise where should I start? Maybe from some books? And also I don't really understand what is the difference between a web developer and a backend programmer, please explain.
