I was surprised how little people ask for such work on average 5-7 tr. How do they manage to survive on that kind of money? Even a janitor in a small town earns more. What is the essence of their work on the stock exchange?

At first glance, the rates on stock exchanges, including Western ones, are very low, but one must understand that the lion's share of performers are newbies who don't know how to work, ready to work for free at all. Many of them are students living with their parents, the question of survival is not for them. Experienced specialists with a reputation take much more and do much faster.

1. The main task of any novice freelance specialist: to take an order and start communication - to survive in the market in close competition for a client.
2. Raise the price for the requirements and conditions.
3. Learn, gain experience and ... money.
4. Avoid any quality control and guarantees (you can read about formulas, services and motivations in my blog).
5. Immediately refuse safe transactions and signing nda, the contract.
Then there are those who use automation tools to create templates in minimal time. Their prices are low and the quality is high. They do not avoid (do not refuse) quality check services and give guarantees on the timing and speed of the template. But they are literally few...

For a week, he is unlikely to make a normal Wordpress template. And certainly in a week you will not close the project.
A freelancer works on several projects in parallel. Is distracted by management and search for orders.
Well, if 4 hours a day can be devoted directly to the execution of the order.
Experienced freelancers always have several more or less passive sources of income.
