There are "mobile" proxy services that provide a proxy with an egress IP from a phone pool.
For example airsocks luminati 3gproxy.com and others.
The question is how do they do it? They buy a mountain of sims and insert them into some device and then the traffic is routed-raised by a proxy, or something else?
