There is an impact only if images from a third-party resource take longer to load than from their own server.
And there are also several indirect factors:
1- if this picture is shared or posted somewhere, then the link will lead to a third-party site, and not to yours
2- if there are any problems on a third-party site or the picture is simply deleted, then you there will be a broken link, which is not good
For SEO, no.
BUT! Download speed (resource responsiveness) - Google fixes and uses it in the ranking rules!
