How do I upgrade Lync Server 2013 to Skype For Business 2019?

Hello. The enterprise has a rather outdated infrastructure. Lync Server 2013 that is connected to an Old PBX that is in turn connected to a newer PBX.
The question is, how would it be (well, except for PBXs) to update from the 2013 version to the latest, so that, as they say, it doesn’t go in one place. Maybe there are some tips, step-by-step instructions or what to pay attention to first of all.
MS Exchange has already been updated to the latest version

Yes. There is HDMI on the set-top box, on the TV too. What is the difficulty? Where did you see micro and mini connectors at all?
