How do I stop my activity tracker from taking screenshots?

The bottom line is that I work from home, the employer requires the installation of an activity tracking program, I don’t mind, but I created 2 accounts there to see in what form the reports are sent and if anything extra is sent. There is a screenshot function, that is, the program every 10 minutes at a random moment makes a screen and throws it to the admin, it's annoying, you never know what I'm going to do.
The program is called tmetric
I tried several programs to protect against creating screenshots, but they do not help.
Maybe there are some options to prohibit making screenshots?

the employer requires the installation of the program
Let him provide you with a computer to work with. And you switch between him and personal. Not enough space - use KVM.

Put a virtual machine on it - spyware. Once you've installed something like this on your PC, it's not your PC anymore, it's your employer's PC. And your personal data no longer belongs exclusively to you. In general, I would think about changing jobs after such an offer ... although of course times are dark now, for the sake of a good salary, you can get confused.

Basically, I'm an information security specialist. And just at work, including the admin and SMP. Therefore, I know very well that an employer who requires the installation of the SMP on a personal computer is a complete and complete moron, because it is substituted for serious things :) especially if the program does not notify that it is active at the moment X. If you are experienced in the courts, do not be afraid of "dirt" and want to do something nasty to your employer - there are all the possibilities.
If you just want to work - what the program, let the employer provide a computer / laptop (well, in extreme cases, get rid of the virtual machine and work in it)

On Mac OS, you can disable taking screenshots. But under Windows, this cannot be done programmatically.
If this is your PC, then you need to Install and Configure Windows in Virtual Box (it should be about 100 GB of space approximately) and perform work tasks there, and the monitoring program will only take screenshots of the system in Virtual Box, but not from your native Windows.
