Is it legal to store personal data in Google clouds?

There is an application that stores personal data (passport number), users ask for data synchronization between devices, saving data between reinstallations, etc.
I think to use Firebase for this (part of the Google cloud infrastructure). Question: how legal is it to store data with them?
Thanks in advance!

Not legal.
The primary server must be on the territory of the Russian Federation.
On Google, you can only keep a copy.

Not legal.
Federal Law 152, article 18, paragraph 5
5. When collecting personal data, including through the information and telecommunications network "Internet", the operator is obliged to ensure the recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, change), extraction of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation using databases located on territory of the Russian Federation, except for the cases specified in paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 8 of part 1 of Article 6 of this Federal Law.
(Part 5 was introduced by Federal Law No. 242-FZ of July 21, 2014)
Federal Law 152, Article 18
Violating Federal Law 152, you can get hooked very steeply, completely disproportionate to the violation. Of course, the law was passed in order to pin down Facebook and others like it, if necessary, but you can get caught. Dura lex, sed lex.

Answering the question "on the forehead" - legally .
The passport number is not personifying.
However, full name + series + passport number is already quite. Although even here one can argue (see the explanation of the FMS what they consider passport data)
