How do I set up automatic VPN connection when I sign in to Windows 7?

You need to connect to a pre-created VPN connection when the user logs in. I read a lot of manuals, none of them fit:
1. Throw a shortcut on the connection to autoload. It just didn't work, I don't know why. Nothing happens, the connection is not established.
2. Create a task in the scheduler to launch "rasdial VPN login password". Fires, but after the user logs in, the "Welcome" window freezes for 30 seconds. Plus, I do not want to store the connection password in the system in clear text.
3. Create a task in the scheduler to launch "rasphone -d VPN". Fires and the password is not stored. But there is the same delay of 30 seconds at the entrance.
4. Shortcut to rasdial or rasphone to autoload. Works with the same delay
How to solve the problem so that the VPN connects and there is no this incomprehensible delay?

Write the connection to the registry, for all users, there should be no delays. Or create a system service. Here is a man on the topic.
