How do I set up a wireless hard drive (or other options) to work with TV?

Good day.
Maybe I didn't phrase my question correctly, because I don't know much about terminology.
What I have:
- PC connected to the Internet via a router
- TP-LINK WDR3500 router
- TV with usb support (but without ethernet and wifi)
What I want:
Buy a hard drive or network storage (for reasonable money), connect a hard drive via usb to the TV (so that it is constantly connected) and upload movies to this disk via a torrent client on a PC.

Advise what you need to buy to complete the task (hdd with a wireless interface, NAS or something else). If so, please provide specific models.
