How do I set my monitor to turn on automatically?
When a monitor (LG 22mp67hq) was connected via VGA, the monitor automatically turned on at system startup, and power was always supplied to it. But after I switched to another card and now connected via an HDMI cable, when I start the system, I now separately need to constantly turn on the monitor manually, through the corresponding button under the monitor. It is features of interfaces such? Is there a possibility to change this?

Usually the monitor is always on. If there is no signal, it enters power-saving mode.
This is a monitor malfunction. The monitor itself must be able to determine the activity of the input, yours is apparently defective and cannot understand when the input is working. Perhaps one of the controller pins in the monitor, which is responsible for this, burned out (due to static).
I'm embarrassed to ask, but did you read the instructions from the monitor?
I've googled, read the instructions fluently, and it says in English and white that if you connect an HDMI PC to a monitor, then there may be compatibility problems. I suspect that the monitor can CEC or similar for HDMI control, but the video card does not. In addition, by default, the input to D-SUB is configured, and (as I understand it) can be changed. And yet, by default, after 4 hours of inactivity, the monitor automatically turns off (the function is disabled).
