Can Adobe Muse 2015.2 save a project in an older version so that it can be opened later in 2015.1.2.44?

No way. Even when opening a file of the old version with a newer version of the program, it displays a message stating that the file is being converted to the new version and you will never open it in the older one.
Of course, you can copy-paste in the old version, but this is an unprecedented crap.
