Can a PDF be protected from distribution using Adobe Document Cloud?

Gentlemen, you need to protect PDF from printing, copying and distribution. If there are no problems with printing and copying, then everything is more difficult with distribution.
Is it possible to protect a PDF from distribution using Adobe Document Cloud - so that readers log in with their credentials and read only on one computer?
If this does not work with passwords, can this be done using certificates? If using certificates, is it possible to somehow automate the installation of a self-signed certificate for accessing PDF?
Does any of the Adobe services allow Vitrium ProtectedPDF functionality to be implemented ?

Judging by the sky-high price of Vitrium ProtectedPDF, they feel like monopolists :) I
propose my solution. If interested, please contact.

All anti-distribution functionality is available at sfcontent.com . The advantage, unlike Vitrium, is a one-time payment - you buy a license once and use protected documents without a time limit.
