How do I repost any post to a meeting group?

The question is rather funny, but not simple. Its essence is as follows. A friend created a meeting and added me there as an administrator, but unlike me, he can repost any entry in a meeting, but I don’t have such an opportunity. What could be the reason? Although logically everything should be fine.

1. Are you sure you are an administrator? Not a moderator, etc.
2. Can't repost any posts at all?
3. Or only certain ones? Which ones can/which ones can't?
