How do I remove an app from the Windows Phone Store?

I'm trying to remove my app from the Windows Phone Store. In the control panel, you can unpublish (Unpublish) and hide the application in the store (Hide app in Store). Pressed both. As a result, the application ceased to appear in the search results in the store, but is still available through a direct link marked "This application is no longer published." It can no longer be installed. In this state, it has been hanging for the n-th number of weeks, but I would like the program to disappear from the store without a trace.
Is it possible to cut the application from the store completely and irrevocably?
Thank you.

Some time ago I contacted the official technical support. I was told that there used to be a delete function, but sometimes developers misused it and accidentally deleted their applications. After that, the ability to uninstall applications was completely removed. They seem to care about the developers. Ridiculous excuse, of course. So I believed. :)
In general, applications cannot be deleted at the moment. You can only hide them from the store. They will still be available via direct link. Plus, if you additionally cancel the publication, then you will not be able to download them.

You can contact Microsoft directly. Or you can try to set some small country where the application is available.

I think good people from Microsoft will not be in a hurry to remove the application even after your request, for them now statistics are everything and 175000 - 1 applications are not interesting to them.

Unfortunately, there is no such possibility.
