How do I prepare for the Orcle 1Z0-071 certification exam?

Hello everyone,
I want to somehow structure and understand how to move and where to start on the path of learning Oracle. The Oracle site is quite confusing for me. Click here for all types of database certificates .
I was thinking about starting with an Oracle 1Z0-071 certificate and have already read the Steve O'Hearn Exam Guide .
I don’t have any Oracle certificates yet, so I don’t know if this certificate is suitable as the first one, and if I need to pass something beforehand. Further, Oracle suggests using Kaplan It training to prepare for the exam . Is it worth it to pay extra for this training, which seems to be in two versions? This is what I can afford, because. Oracle Academy prices are very high and probably aimed at corporate clients.
And another question about the book Steve O'Hearn Exam Guide, for some reason there were no links to test databases and I had to type it myself, which is sometimes tedious. Where can I download these tutorials?
I also found additional questions to prepare for the exam. How is that official? Can they be trusted? Or at Kaplan they are already part of the training program.
