How can I import an Oracle database schema with data?

Established Orakl 11, I work with PL/SQL Developer th
Came through sys and created the user
Came under the new user, but the basis is empty. There are no tables, procedures, etc.
Question: Where can I get a ready-made schema with data and import it into the database?
At least a diagram similar to departments and employees

У oracle есть тестовые/учебные схемы, возьмите любую попробовать.

DataPump'ом можно импортнуть, но лучше использовать готовые схемы HR или SCOTT.
