How to connect to Oracle 12g using TSQLConnection?

When trying to connect, it gives a message: ORA-12154: TNS:cloud not resolve....
I have a UniDAC 5 component. I used it to connect to Oracle 11g and MSAccess. After installing Oracle Oracle 12c, the component stopped connecting. There is no way to buy a license. What alternative can you recommend? I generally use C++ Build XE
