Good day to all.
Does anyone have experience in developing with a bunch of Orakla (coding CL8MSWIN1251) and Nodejs?
I tried two packages (node-oracle, node-db-oracle), both are not friendly with non-UTF encoding.
Perhaps you have come across a solution?
