How do I pay utility bills with Payoneer cards?

Perhaps the question will seem strange to someone, but how to pay a communal apartment and other payments from a card? It works in ordinary stores, everything is clear. But so far I can not bind to any payment service.

If you received payment for freelancing or any remote work (without extra taxes) on this card, then I strongly advise you not to use it to pay for a communal apartment and any services in your name. Suppose today no one will investigate this, but times are changing, and the history of transfers and payments is stored forever . It is extremely unreasonable because of some pennies (percentage when cashing out) to hang "on the hook" from the authorities. It is possible that in the future you will have to spend a much larger amount on an excuse from the tax.

These cards are the same cards as any MasterCard/VISA
Exactly the same as with other services - not all services accept all VISA/MasterCard cards.
