How do I move a Windows drive from one SSD to another?

The situation is as follows, I'm going to buy another SSD. I have an SSD on my laptop (it has Windows, programs, etc.), and an HDD (file cleaner). SSD in m2 socket.
The question is how to transfer the whole thing painlessly, for example, completely save the system disk, push it into a bootable USB flash drive, replace the disks, then roll the entire system with my files and programs through this USB flash drive onto a new SSD.

Well, you can, Clonezilla, for example, will help.
Stock up on an external disk, throw off the image of the old disk on it and then, after replacing it with a new one, upload it to it. Should work.
