How do I migrate my system to an SSD?

I have Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14372.rs1_release.160620-2342. The system and programs are on the HDD. The task is to transfer the system to an SSD, it is very desirable without programs, because only 120GB. Paragon Migrate OS doesn't want to work with Insider Preview. Says they say I have an unknown system. How to fix the problem? Thanks in advance!

Check out other transfer programs, including those from SSD manufacturers. Samsung has something of its own, maybe others. I can’t remember exactly, but it seems that in some transfer program I saw the ability to select objects for transfer (isn’t it just Samsung?).
How about reinstalling everything from scratch? During the time that the program is being searched for, everything would have been reinstalled already. :)

Make an image of the HDD with any program and roll it onto the SSD.
What kind of OS is absolutely unimportant.
If you want to do it without using third-party programs, then you can also use standard windows utilities - plug in an SSD, put it in a mirror to the HDD, wait for synchronization, turn off and remove the HDD, boot from a broken mirror, and delete the mirror.
