How do I migrate an installed Server 2012 r2 to a new server?

There is a server in VMWare Workstation with WinServ12 r2 AD TermServ and more. How to transfer all this to a physical server? If you just create an image and roll it out on a physical server, will everything start, or are there any built-in Windows tools?

Acronis create an image, when restoring, put a checkmark on the "universal restore" item, everything will start, it remains to install the necessary firewood, and remove devices with the name "VmWare" so that there is no confusion.
To do this, you can execute a BAT file, something like this:

@Echo Off
Prompt $p$g
set DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES=1
start devmgmt.msc
exit

This script will show all hidden / disabled devices in the "Device Manager".

Does it make sense to transfer the system to hardware? Lift also on the vSphere virtual machine, it's much more convenient.
