How do I log in to GMail if I remember my username and password?

Hello.
I remember my username and password, but I can't log in to GMail because GMail asks for the answer to a security question that I DO NOT remember.
Why does GMail ask for the answer to a security question? Because it seemed to him that I came from an unusual meth. This place is my home, which may indeed be unusual, given that the collection of mail was carried out by the Outlook.com service. But here's the problem, for some time now Outlook.com can't access GMail.
It was not possible to restore access to the account. When I registered mail - I do not remember. I don't know when the last login was (Outlook.com doesn't show the date of the last successful mail check). The list of used contacts also did not fit.
Is there another way to prove to the overly intrusive Google that my account hasn't been hacked?
